Document Management system Support 

Baltic Technology Group has supported Hummingbird Document Management system (DM) at the Ministry of Agriculture since 2003. Ministry has 250 users. According to Latvia government rules we have translated DM system in Latvian and Ministry is planning to implement DM also in other organizations that are cooperating with Ministry. Our support team provides DM training for new employees, implements new DM SW versions, as well as develops new functions requested by Ministry.

Since the DM system has been running at the Ministry, they have processed more incoming and out going documents and are able to provide more effective control over work and increase their productivity.
