Local Support

BTG network specialists have completed Cisco training and received Cisco certification. In addition to Cisco training, our employees participate in a number of Unisys Global Network Services projects abroad.

BTG has a customer support center in Riga, Latvia. Our continuously operating customer support line allows customers to report any operating problems by phone fax or e-mail. All customer requests are logged into our on-line customer support database and tracked through completion. We have 15 years experience in information systems maintenance and support.

Worldwide Support

We are working as Unisys Global Network Services Partner and NCR Partner to provide network services for Unisys and NCR Customers In Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. In addition to our local network specialists, we have access to high-level network consultants from NCR and Unisys to meet even most sophisticated customer's requirements.
