
Recruiting, Training and Staff Development
We continue to aggressively recruit and train additional staff to meet the growing worldwide demand for technical services. Our proven approach is to require all new recruits to successfully complete an intensive 2 week AB Suite & EAE (LINC) training course followed by a hands-on AB Suite & EAE (LINC) design and development project, and then only hire the top students.
With our proven internal training and staff development process and experienced project managers, we can quickly staff up to meet additional requirements. All BTG LINC developers are required to pass a set of internal training courses: 3 LINC courses, 1 retail banking course and 1 client application course.

Training
- 2 week formal training: "AB Suite development Course" covers AB Suite (LINC) programming basics and systems administration
- 1 week "Introduction to Practical LINC" course: introduces commonly used LINC development techniques and system standards
- 6 week "Extended LINC Training in Retail Banking Environment" course gives hands on development experience in live development environment
- 2 week "Retail Banking Basics" course: introduces banking principles, operations and terminology
- 3 week client application course covers business principles, structure of the system and tips for working with a particular client system from BTG project experience
