Mobile Banking
Overview
BTG's Mobile Banking application allows bank customers to access the bank's information system via the SMS (Short Message Service) mobile phone interface.
Mobile Banking is a real-time solution that allows customers to receive up-to-date account balances, transaction information, and even daily currency exchange rates directly on their GSM-capable mobile telephones.
The Mobile Banking application was developed using JAVA2 and Oracle technologies.
This client-server application can interface to different host bank information systems.
Benefits & Features
Mobile Banking gives banking customers the flexibility to customize their interface with the bank. For example, the user can set or turn off an option to receive automatic messages when account balances or transaction sizes reach a specified limit.
Customers can automatically receive account balance and currency exchange rate information at previously defined intervals. They can also receive transaction information and can choose whether to receive information for all transactions, or only certain types of transactions. The customer can also request information about any specific account at any time.
Mobile Banking allows busy bank customers to customize their banking interface according to their needs and enhance their banking relationship.
